Tanah Lot Temple

Tanah Lot Temple near Tabanan on Bali's west coast, sits on a large offshore rock which has been shaped continuously over the years by the ocean tide. Tanah Lot temple is said to be the work of the 16th-century Dang Hyang Nirartha. For the Balinese, Tanah Lot temple is one of the most important and venerated sea temples. A good time to visit Tanah Lot Temple is at sunset, when rose-colored skies kiss the blue waters.

Surf Beaches

Echo Beach is a beautiful white sandy surf beach in Canggu. At Echo Beach you can surf either the reefs to the right or those to the left or even the beach break just in the middle of the beach. The Waves at Echo Beach are more powerful than at Berawa and Old Man’s, and the spots must be considered as being best suited for intermediate surfers.
